Choice is a key element of personalized learning - and that includes a choice of learning devices. Â鶹ÊÓƵ students have the option to select the laptop that works best for them as their primary learning device, provided it meets the school’s technical requirements.
The BYOD approach has become a popular trend not only in business, but at the postsecondary level. By opting in to BYOD, students have the opportunity to get the experience, support and confidence they need with their chosen device before they move from Â鶹ÊÓƵ to their next adventure.
Students who would prefer to purchase a school-supported laptop may still do so. The school-selected laptop comes with accidental damage protection and access to a loaner laptop if required.

We acknowledge with gratitude the Ancestral lands upon which our main campus is situated. These lands are the Ancestral territories of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishinabek and the Wendake. The shared responsibility of this land is honoured in the Dish with One Spoon Treaty and we strive to care for the land, the waters, and all creatures in the spirit of peace. We are responsible for respecting and supporting the enduring presence of all First Nations, Métis and Inuit peoples. When away from this campus we vow to be respectful to the land by protecting and honouring it. We will create relationships with the people and the land we may visit by understanding the territories we enter and the nations who inhabit them.
